Topical issues of investment development of the housing and communal sector

The article is devoted to the investment development of housing and communal sector in the Vologda Oblast. It reveals the specifics of investment processes in this sphere of regional economy, as well as the main problems limiting the opportunities of the utilities sector’s organizations in overcoming the crisis caused by constant lack of funding during the recent decades.
